Who Is It For



In short, anyone, anywhere. depending on your goals in fitness I will adapt the plan to suit your needs. 

This means if you are looking to improve muscle hypertrophy (size), strength based training with 4-6 reps will be added to the plan, along with a range of other methods. If you are looking to lose weight, the cardiovascular aspect of fitness will be the main priority. 

As it is online it will not matter how far you are from my location, with regular online meetings, progress logs and weekly plans sent directly to your device you will have everything you need.

Each plan will start exactly 7 days after the date of purchase. This will allow me time to contact you in regards to precise goals and build your plan in time. Your availability will be covered in a consultation form, which means i can make the plan suit your schedule.

There will be limited slots so get yourself signed up quickly. 

Regardless of where you are in your journey, a unique plan will be made to suit you. 

It's Never Been Easier

 

 

In order to achieve results you will simply have to check your workout schedule and turn up to the gym ready to go. With workout videos and notes you will be sure to correctly perform the exercises. 

Once a week we will have a meeting and through this, a decision will be made on what changes will be put in place, maximising results.

I will be checking frequently on your profile, crediting your achievements and correcting any faults. 

Please note that the more work you put in to the plan, the better the results. 

 

Dieting made simple

 

 

 

I will give you diet advice based on your goals throughout.  From weight loss to muscle hypertrophy.

Once the plan starts i will ask you to connect a separate food tracking app, that will give me vital information on where you may be going wrong in your diet. 

Along with this, recommended meal plans and recipes will be given to you, for days you have away from the gym filling up that free time constructively.

What happens if online personal training is not for me?

 

 

 

If you feel for whatever reason that online personal training is not for you the following will be available.  

  • You will have a 24 hour trial period, in this time you can cancel.
  • A refund of 75% will be sent to you as long as it is within 24 Hours after the plan starts.
  • A discounted offer on one of the products in our store will still be given to you
