The main aim of this website is to showcase all the services that are available to you. Along with this it allows me to have a connection with my clients, current and future, via the user friendly contact section. Over the past year a range of exciting new things have been added from online coaching to virtual running challenges.
The Creator

Name – Dom Hayles
After studying and being involved in sport for a large fraction of my life I created Do More Sports to help people use exercise as their main source of feel-good.
Sport is something I take very seriously and you can follow @domoresports_ on instagram to get an insight into what I do to lead a healthy active lifestyle.
Creating motivating content is something that I enjoy doing and this is also showcased on the page with giveaways and challenges regularly.
With a range of products from activewear to virtual challenges I aim to build a community that motivate and inspire each other to becoming that bit better each day.

Browse our range of events and add something great to your record of achievement! Whether you are completely new to exercising or you are an experienced athlete, the aim here is to push yourself to do more! You simply complete the event that you have entered and send us in the data or a screenshot of the workout, via email or social media. Once the proof of completion has been approved the reward will be sent out to you within the next few days.
Beginners to experienced
We have an ultimate goal of encouraging people to use exercise as their source of feel-good. There is a mixture of challenges for all levels meaning there is a challenge for anyone! With each challenge comes with a uniquely designed medal and certificate which will be with you just a few days after completion!

WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training consists of having someone to guide you towards your fitness goals in the safest and most effective ways possible. I take multiple approaches to this, offering online programs and 1-2-1 sessions.
As a Personal Trainer I will guide my clients step-by-step throughout their routine, whether working out in a gym or in a separate, more private environment. Some people shy away from getting started in their fitness journey and I want to offer a service that does not throw my clients straight in the deep end.
You may wish to start at home and build a foundation before joining a gym. Once you are comfortable and ready to start a gym based program, the exercise variations will be broader allowing you to progress even further.
Looking at my client’s obstacles and finding methods of motivation behind being active will be a priority of mine.
Finally setting realistic goals and regularly logging progress are included with all my plans.
Performance clothing designed to inspire
After sampling with many different materials we carefully selected an incredibly comfortable, breathable material. This is ideal for running and gym based exercise, the garment allows you to feel cool during your sessions.
However the garment goes much deeper thanking comfortable with a back logo encouraging other people to take action and integrate sports into their life.
