1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

Gym based sessions are available on request and you can book these through the button below. No matter what your goal is i can instruct you towards it, showing you correct form and the best methods of working out. 

1-2-1 sessions can be based outside of a gym, in a space that allows you to focus without feeling self conscious or worried about your surroundings. The aim of this is to build a level of fitness that will set you up for a gym based program and take your development in fitness to the next level.

Prices can be negotiated based on the duration and amount of sessions booked. Once you have booked in and we have discussed your goals over an online meeting I will make a custom plan to allow for improvements to be made regardless of your fitness levels or previous experience in sport.

Progress logs will be made weekly, allowing you to see how much progression has been made, along with discovering areas that require more work. With the first session being 50% off why not give it a try and see what you are missing out on?

5 MINUTES A DAY

This 7 day program, packed with a variation of different workouts, will cost you nothing!  

It is ideal for an individual who is looking at starting a basic, easy to understand  fitness program, but has limited time to do so. 

In the space of just one week you will target each muscle group and feel the effects of a regular workout. Adding to this you may just be getting back into working out and need a home based plan to get back into the swing of things, if so this one is made for you!

No equipment needed. 

30 DAY FITNESS PLAN

Throughout the duration of 30 days you will be given a workout routine that can be done anywhere anytime.

The aim is to follow a schedule packed with exciting, easy to understand exercises and slowly build up the intensity. On the rest days you will be given exclusive recipes such as recovery smoothies and delicious meals along with recovery recommendations. This is just a brief description of the plan, there are many more features included. 

No gym or equipment is required for the plan, however gym based plans are available.
