The aim is to shoot for a new personal best, if you are a more experienced runner.
If this distance is new to you, simply aim to complete the full distance.
You will have a total of 6 weeks before you have to submit your completion data, which allows for plenty of training time.

Your medal will be sent within a few days of you completing the event.
