Walk, jog or run, it’s up to you and the time you manage to complete the challenge in will be printed on a classy certificate. Along with this you will have a beautifully designed medal to show for your efforts, making this a great addition to your record of achievement.
Running experience does not matter as you will have a wall chart that will guide you towards getting your first 5k under the belt. I also have a 1-2-1 virtual coaching available, through this you will have my support 247, until the challenge is complete. I will work with you organising progress meetings, tracking your diet and improving daily habits that all play a big role in athletic performance. This may be setting goals such as hitting your sleep goal of 8 hours or improving the quality of foods you intake. This service is separate and can be found in the store.
More experienced? Why not strive towards a new personal best and push beyond previous barriers, getting the best possible time on your certificate?
