Reasoning behind certain choices of exercises are included along with guidance on how to do them.
Despite stating it doesn’t throw you in the deep end it will still require hard work and a good mentality throughout. In order to help you with this I have included tips and recommendations that prove to work for me on a day to day basis. This may include different motivational methods such as audiobooks and ways of leaving your comfort zone.
All of my plans relate to what I do or have done in fitness, which separates this plan to a generic one you may find through another fitness website. This does not mean the other plans are ineffective, it just means it will approach your goals from a different angle, which may work better for you.
Dieting will be made easy with recommended meals based on your goals and relevant where you are in the plan.
I recommend this to people who have basic history of working out.
